So. Caity Makes… is the blog of Caitlin. She lives in Toowoomba, Queensland, and has no idea why she sometimes refers to herself in the third person. She has previously lived in Canberra in the Australian Capital Territory; and in regional New South Wales in the towns of Albury, Wagga Wagga, Dubbo, and Griffith. (Although in most of these places she was known under an entirely different name, but that’s long story.)
She lives with Mr Beloved (also sometimes known as The Irreverend Mr Black, aka Ryno) and is owned by one dog, one cat, and three cockatiels.
Caity hates housework, loves books, and is learning to live with Bipolar Disorder.
She has recently discovered that she quite likes to draw and paint and isn’t as bad at it as she might have previously thought.

Hi Caity – Thanks for your nice comments on my blog – I just wanted to stop in and take a peek at your blog and say thanks! Sorry to hear you haven’t been feeling well!
Olivia
Thanks Olivia! Sorry for my tardy reply – somehow a heap of comments got caught in the trash! Arrgh, the joys of blogs!
Hello! I came across your blog and I love it! You mentioned awhile back that you had ordered some larger bottles of oil of cloves from an online source. Did you find that the oil you ordered was of a good quality? We are having a major mould problem in a rental property we have recently moved into and I want to start using oil of cloves to do more mould fighting cleaning
The bottles at the chemist are so small though!!
Hi Tammy! Yep, I found the oils I ordered were very good. Oil of Cloves.com.au was where I ordered the larger bottles from; I just bought the cleaning pack of clove, lavender and lemon and so far have been very happy with all three. Definitely better quality and better value than the chemist or supermarket versions. I notice that the shop also has premixed anti mould stuff, but I\’ve found mixing the oil of cloves and water in a spray bottle has been very effective. Oil of cloves and cheap baby oil has worked well on shoes that went mouldy.
And this weekend I am applying oil of cloves on a cotton bud to a horrible sore tooth – just got to get through to tomorrow morning for the dentist!
Hi Caity, love your blog!
I was wondering if you could tell me who the woman wearing the ruby lipstick in the bath is on your previous website?
Cheers,
Maria
Maria, I have no idea who it is in the bath – or where I nicked the image from, since it was on a computer hard drive that died… sorry I can\’t help!
